La Palapa

How can you beat having breakfast lunch or dinner on a restaurant at the beach? The food is delicious. The waiters are wonderful and the atmosphere is priceless.

The servers are generally great and serving the public is a challenging job. In the three years at Royal Cancun i’ve only had one server be unpleasant. He was young and maybe inexperienced.

I enjoyed the salad bar more than anything else. I find the buffet repetitive but it must be difficult to be creative and still offer quality food.

Food is always good at the Palapa

Food is tasteless. Better food choices off the resort. Some of the grilled items at the small grill are better but not by much. Service in the la palapa is mediocre.
