Hacienda Sisal

This is one of my favorite restaurants no matter where I’m staying. The food is excellent simply delicious. The waiters are wonderful. I’m very friendly. The drinks are huge and delicious. 18 days staying there at the Royal resorts. I always eat seven days there. I love the food so much.

We have owned at the RS since 1999. The food is mediocre. We have never had a good meal at the Hacienda Sisal. We will not return.

Food is ok nothing special

Quality of food has gone down over the last few years. Temperatures are often not right and orders are frequently mixed up.

Used to be better. Still worth going, especially due to resort proximity, but the food isn’t as good as it used to be in years past.
